On Friday 15th February, Year 8 Perfect Petz and Drama Interest Elective classes went on an excursion to HOYTS Warrawong to watch the movie “How to Train a Dragon –Hidden World”.
The bus trip was a new experience for some who had never used an OPAL card before and the luxury of the new HOYTS seating was enjoyed by all (again for the first time for some students). The overall comment from students was that “they had had a great time”.
The general public commented on the students’ good behaviour whilst on the bus trips and in the movie. Thank you to Mr Philpot who was also involved in this excursion.
I would like to congratulate all the students who went on the excursion for the way they represented Kanahooka High School and look forward to our future outings.
